SPECIAL ORDERS

Gingerlily's cupcakes are perfect for your special occasions. Whenever possible, please provide 2-3 days notice for advanced orders.  For shorter timeframes, please call and we will do our best to fill your request. Feel free to mix and match cupcake flavors to create your own special dozen. Choose from our amazing flavors or ask about the local flavor of the month - a special cupcake with local ingredients from San Diego County farmers.

Prices:

     $28 for a dozen cupcakes

     $40 for a dozen specialty cupcakes (cupcakes with special decorations or themes)

     $35 for a 9-inch layer cake (square or round)

        NOTE: Any cupcake flavor can be purchased as a layer cake

Flavors:

• Organic Pumpkin (seasonal, ask about availability) - a pumpkin and spice cupcake filled with tart cherries, pecans and caramel and topped with our special cream cheese frosting

• Carrot Sublime with organic baby carrots and cream cheese frosting

• Chocolate Fix with dark chocolate ganache

• Red Velvet made with crème fraiche and topped with our cream cheese frosting

• Hummingbird with bananas, pineapple, pecans and topped with cream cheese frosting

• Killer Coconut – a Gingerlily specialty with coconut cream cheese frosting

• Fresh Ginger -- a light cupcake made with lots of fresh ginger and topped with cream cheese frosting

• Tiramisu - a vanilla cupcake with a Khalua and espresso glaze topped with cream cheese frosting and chocolate

• Chocolate with Honey Cream – our Chocolate Fix Cupcake with honey cream filling and seasonal fresh fruit

• Local Lemon - A light lemon cupcake made with organic, local lemons, filled with a tangy lemon curd and topped with honey cream frosting

• Chocolate and Banana – we add milk chocolate chunks to our moist banana cupcake and top it off with dark chocolate gananche. An amazing combination

• Chocolate/Coconut - Our chocolate fix cupcake with coconut cream frosting and flaked coconut

• Chocolate/Dulce de Leche - our Chocolate Fix cupcake filled with a light dulce de leche mousse. Amazing!

• Bananas Foster - a banana cupcake filled with caramel mousse and topped with cream cheese frosting. New!
